Bowl was made without the acai. Worker didn’t offer to remake it.

I’ve ordered the Açaí bowls many times. Today’s order was disappointing. One third of the açaí was missing. Very odd.

I really enjoy the bowls and smoothie however sometimes the diamond bar location doesn't always make the bowls right and it ends up tasting like water and they put less of the dragon fruit or acai in the bowl. they barely fill it but this time in was prepare right but I have had problems in the past with this location in Diamond Bar.

For a non-fruit- lover son saying that he can have the acai bowl everyday. I'm giving it a five Star!! He said it's so refreshing. The blueberries and strawberries were not sweet but eating them with bananas together was just a perfect blend!!

My açaí bowl was perfect and the staff here is always extremely polite and kind!

Placed an order online. Went in to pick it up and informed the employee of my name and what I was picking up. Got no smile, no hello and the two employees seemed more annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I was given my order and I asked for a spoon. Employee then asked "anything else?" to which I responded no, so she quickly turned and walked away. Got no "thank you" or "have a nice day" or any basic sign of appreciation for my business. The dragon fruit bowl I ordered was okay, nothing to rave about but satisfied my craving. So based on this poor experience, I doubt I'd be back or recommend the place to anyone. I'd rather support businesses that make me feel welcome and are happy to take my money with a smile.

Isaac is the best employee at the Diamond Bar location. He is consistent with making drinks and bowls according to the order. Also he is a very kind employee who deserves a raise and promotion.

The juices and açaí bowls were delicious! The young lady was very nice😊

Recently I had the chance to try the green smoothie (with ginger) from here. I was taken back by how good it was! Normally I drink a green drink daily, but I avoid ginger at all costs because it can be too earthy for my taste, however, this drink they made for me was very palatable. I will definitely try to pick up some drinks and açaí bowls soon! This location is under new management and they have amazing service. Consider this as an option to bringing boring or unhealthy doughnuts to your next work party.

Everything's good, but I ordered the bowl and charge the extra fee for splitting, but it came as a whole :(

I’m a fan of Nekter, they make great smoothies, juices, and bowls. They are better than Jamba Juice in most every way with two exceptions, and that’s in price and rewards program. Jamba has a way better program even though they’re less expensive. For instance I get a free small smoothie on my bday with jamba but only a free turmeric shot from Nekter. Despite this difference, I’m still glad we have this Nekter store in diamond bar. The staff here is good but not always the most personable. Most recently I tried the almond butter açaí bowl and was really surprised by it in a good way. It’s good like any açaí bowl here but has that hint of almond butter which is a really nice pairing.
