Nekter Juice Bar - Costa Mesa

There was a female worker that showed up while I was waiting. She took my drink that was already blended and poured it in a cup then placed a lid on top, which made a big mess all over. She left it like that. Completely unprofessional. Then the gentleman that helped me at tbe counter saw this. He took extra steps to clean up the cup and even replace the lid. Which made a huge difference! It takes those special employees that actually care about the customer and their experience to keep a business going. If he wouldn't have stepped in this would be a completely different review! I wish I had caught his name, but he was the only male I saw.

I think customer service is changing. Employees now have headphones in and don’t really interact with the customer.

I came in to grab my order and it wasn’t ready. The worker seemed to have lost the ticket or order because he didn’t make my drink by the time I came in and didn’t know what I was talking about when I said my name. He has to look at my email receipt in order to make my drink and was rushing to make it. It feels like a rushed drink because not everything was blended properly.

They always get my order right and always have all of the ingredients. It’s also pretty fast compared to the others and the people are nice! I go out of my way to go here sometimes even if another Nekter is closer lol!

I ordered the chocolate Peanut butter smoothie and it was nice and thick so I could eat it almost like a healthy frozen yogurt. I have been trying others since the one in Sea Cliff makes there so runny and I am overjoyed.
