Nekter Juice Bar - Costa Mesa

Nekter is an amazing franchise with the best smoothies around. Just not the costa mesa store, unfortunately. This last visit, they didn't prep enough of the smoothie, so instead of mixing up more, he just filled the top 3rd with ice... This is after I realized they have just been deducting my nekter points but still charging me full price all this time, but I don't want to be a cheap-skate about their nekter rewards- so who cares.. Every other store is amazing; they realize you're buying a $15 smoothie and everything is cool. This store is just one thing after another with poorly trained staff. Maybe I'm wrong to expect "better than mcdonalds" from nekter costa mesa.
