I called to cancel my order. On the app it says to call the store and when I called multiple times no one answered. I went to pick up my drink and the employee had headphones in. No wonder he couldn’t hear the phone ring

Terrible service. Could not give me any information on when an order I placed through the app was picked up. Refused to refund my money though the order was never delivered. Told me I had to deal with Uber Eats. I told them this was unacceptable and asked for the manager. They blew a whistle at me and hung up on me. I called back and a guy answered the phone and just kept saying “hello” and hung up. Called back multiple times and they refused to answer. Called Uber Eats and they said since the order was placed through Nekter app the responsibility for refund lies with Nekter. Nekter Corporate agrees. Never, ever again.
I tried to place order via the app and it was not going through, I closed the app, and later got an alert that my order was complete. As I did not believe my order had gone through, got to work, saw the alert, I was not able to go pick it up. I tried calling the store twice and it says that there is not a way to leave a message. Would appreciate a credit/refund for my purchase since it was an app/system error, thank you.
