I think they need to have more personality in there. It seems very dull when you walk in. They don’t seem very friendly.

The only issue I have is that the applied isn't working correctly. Ever since I was required to update my Nekter app, I haven't been able to make mobile orders. If the mobile app doesn't get fixed, it will definitely reduce the amount of times I order from here.
