I just left a negative review because the door was locked when I showed up. I didn’t see the post it note saying my order was next door at Cava. Please disregard my request for my money back on the previous review. I received my correct order. Thanks!!

I walked in and stood over by the pickup area. Someone said hi but theirbacks were turned so didn’t actually acknowledge me then one girl put a bowl in the fridge then she walked to the back. Another person came up front and arranged the chips on the display or something and I’m thinking this is the manager so I had to get her attention when she walked by again to ask if my order was ready. My order was ready but one bowl was incorrect. No big deal but the new bowl I received had about half the amount of the first one. the incorrect one was actually given to another customer so I was kind of wishing I had just kept the wrong one. It was just a strange encounter. I love Nekter but my biggest complaint is it’s so inconsistent as far as how much you get and the ratios so you go in wondering if it’s a good bowl day or a not as good bowl day.
