Some days employees are friendly. Some days place is definitely understaffed. Last experience was not so friendly.

Gigi helped me with my order. She is always so friendly and makes me feel like part of the Nekter Family. My daughter likes her açaí bowl a certain way and Gigi always helps me to remember it! Talk about incredible service!! My mobile orders are always ready ahead of the scheduled time, packed and ready to go when I walk through the door. I love this location and Gigi and ALL the employees go above and beyond to make my experience the best!

Only complaint is there was wet juice on both cups when I received them, had to wipe them off.

Placed an order for pickup but they made the wrong order. So I had to wait longer for them to remake it. Delayed my lunch break. Not very happy.
