The employees were friendly and food quality was great. However the employees failed to read the modifications on my order. She prepared the standard bowl and questioned when I said there was supposed to be no bananas and the additional add-ons that I paid for.

The manager/owner Mena is wonderful! I accidentally ordered 4 instead of 3 on the app. She explained she will issue a refund and that it may take several days to show. She reassured me that if there were to be an issue, I can call her and she gave me her own personal cell phone number. Result, refund was issued right away! Love the steps she took to accommodate my dilema. Appreciate the level of service.
