Two girls can’t keep up I called my order in and when I got there they haven’t even started my order so I have to wait until they filled the orders a head of me and there were 4 people waiting to order behind me ?? No fault by the employees they work there asses off ??

Nektar was out of beets so they were taken out of the app. Now that they have been back for over a week, they haven’t been added to the app yet even after repeatedly telling the store.

Stays experience was very nice. However this survey is a crock of ****. I’ve been told twice about you is that you would respond to me is on my bad experiences in the past and I’ve never heard anything from anybody, so I’ll just continue to give you bad scores. what’s the point ?

I placed my order at 2:57, it said my order will be ready in 15 mins. I go there at 3.12, no one is at the front, no customers, and still no one receiving the order. When she saw me, she said let me check.. oh! Looks like just received the order! Then started making it. This is not the first time this happens to me! I usually order my drinks at the imperial hwy location, they are always on time. The drink also was rushed, was extra frozen, and had Little Rock hard pieces of looks like cocoa nibs. Not happy with my order today.

Great, order was filled before I arrived and the customer service was great! Served me right away and told me to have a great day.
