I placed a mobile order 15 mins before arrived and It still wasn’t ready. No fault to the gal helping as there were a lot of people in the store. Seems like a staffing issue. I’m writing this review as im STILL waiting. It’s been 25 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have just cancelled the order.

I ordered all green juice and it’s red colored. Also asked for extra ginger this time since I couldn’t taste it last time. There’s no ginger at all. I have given this 3 chances and every time they don’t make my drinks correctly anymore. Waste of money. Won’t be coming again.

I love Nekter and purchase there weekly (usually at the Brea and La Habra locations). I would not recommend this Anaheim location to my friends. I have only gone to the Anaheim location 2 times, and both times I did a mobile order and showed up at the arrival time, and the worker came from the back and pulled the order paper from the machine and said “I’ll have your order ready in a minute.” Then, unfortunately, my drink (same drink I order at other locations) was not blended fully and did not have the flavor it typically does. I assume it might be because the employee was rushing when they realized they missed the order and were late. This scenario happened almost exactly the same way 2 times about 1 month apart. I think I’ll just avoid this location now. I’ll go to my normal spots where the staff is really friendly and alert to customers, the smoothies are tasty, and the orders are timely. Thanks.
