This is not in relation to the store but it's about the new app. Your new app is a significant step backward. It's incredibly frustrating and hard to use! The biggest issue is losing the ability to redeem rewards in-store; having to go online for every redemption is a nightmare. Even simple things like changing stores are now a complicated search. I had to waste my time, and even the staff's time, just to make an order or use a reward. The old app was intuitive, quick, and worked seamlessly for everything. Please, for the sake of your customers and staff, bring back the old app! This new version is definitely a 0/5.

Today’s pick up was great but I’ve come on other days with a preorder and have waited awhile for my order. It’s very frustrating. Long wait times due to insufficient staffing level.
