I love your juices/smoothies - only complaint is that the turmeric sunrise was taken off the menu and to recreate that same smoothie becomes quite costly with the upcharges.

After using the mobile app, I went to the store to pick up our order. When I arrived, the employee that was working gave no greeting - just asked if I had ordered and I said I had and provided my name. She told me that the order was not ready, which was fine. I decided to look at the products in the refrigerated case - as my husband and I have discussed doing a juice cleanse. As I was reading the cleanse options, the employee informed me that I didn’t need to wait at the counter - she would call me when my order was ready. I explained that I was trying to read the cleanse information not standing at the counter waiting for her - to which she rolled her eyes. There was another customer sitting at a table that witnessed the interaction and she shook her head. Normally I am not a complainer, as I am a HR Director and I realize that sometimes things do not always go as planned but I was horrified at the service. I would suggest that you provide some additional guest service training to your employee. Additionally, the smoothie that I received was the consistency of water (PB Mocha) and I ended up throwing it away because I didn’t want to complain. The other one was good.

My experience was great. I used the app to place my order. The app was easy to use and understand. I got there early and it was being made fresh. The employees greeted me and asked if I had a pick up. I confirmed and they said that it would be right up. My smoothie was delicious and tasted amazing. My daughter and I walked next door to the cookie co and I dropped my smoothie. I went back to see if it can be remade but unfortunately the store was closed. I was left craving the smoothie as it was refreshing on this hot summer night.
