Very good experience today. Love the bowl presentation and attention to detail with the fruit. I know it sounds crazy, but the presentation makes it all taste so much better. The staff is always knowledgeable about the product.

I loved that when I got there, my order was ready! Also, after having açaí from other places I loved that the portions were big (including the fruits served with it). It was my first time and definitely won’t be my last

This location is understaffed. I’ve been there twice and there’s one poor woman both taking orders and making the food. I placed my orders online, and when I went to pick them up, both times I found she hadn’t even started because she had a line of people ordering food. As a result, both times the food was ready past the promised time. I checked Yelp reviews, and many others have the same complaint. I don’t blame her, she was doing her best, and my bowl was good. Unrelated, but the store WiFi didn’t work, and cell signal is really bad at this location.

The bowl was made quickly and it was delicious.

I enjoy the bowls but there is always more smoothie than fruit which is fine but when I pay for extra berries and get the same amount? Now that’s a bit bothersome. This time around they didn’t even add any granola?? I’ve never had this happen before but if there is any granola I can’t seem to find it. I got a protein power bowl and only added extra berries in it.

Bowls were ready on time and staff was professional and courteous.

When placing the order on the app, it was smooth flawless. Everything is easy to do the ETA given was a little off. I think I got my items. 7 minutes after the fact and I placed them 30 minutes before I even came out to the location. The individual that was working behind the counter did a really good job. She knocked out the order as fast as possible, but when receiving the items, they looked very low in the bowls. The quantity of the item It's not like it used to be before we would receive the bowls almost to the top. This time we only received them 3/4ths, even with the granola. Add it in to the bowl. It just wasn't the same. Very skimpy quantity for 12 dollars I'd rather buy the ingredients myself. Clearly the comparison is bad from store to home but even so huge diffrent from our last visit.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and your açaí bowls are my favorite, but recently I have noticed that the quantity of fruit as toppings of the açaí bowls has been decreasing, and the slices of strawberries and bananas are razor thin. I want to feel like I’m getting my moneys worth when I order from Nekter and recently that hasn’t been the experience

My experience was amazing!! I ordered 2 huge bowls and they were completed exactly how I ordered.

The bowl was delicious, the employee would not make eye contact and it was a little uncomfortable. However, I will be back.

I come often and the service is great. My bowls are consistent and may just the way I like them.

One of the poorest experiences placing an online order at a Nekter location. My order was to be ready 27min after placing the order just for it not to be ready over ten minutes after that. I feel 50 min to make 2 smoothies, 1 juice and a smoothie bowl is excessive.
