I felt that my business was appreciated. I placed an order on the app for 2 cleanse items. I wanted to have it right away but it was only scheduling it 2 days later. There were no other options. However, I called this store and the rep was great in having it prepared same day. I was instructed to order it on the app still, to receive the points. I’m grateful for the service and the cleanse went well.

Great! I accidentally placed an online order to Beaumont instead of Yucaipa and when I called Beaumont to cancel the order, Brittany was very helpful with getting my order transferred over to the Yucaipa store. The fact she was even willing to do that and not just write it off as not her problem was so thoughtful and quite unheard of nowadays. You don’t see that type of customer service as much anymore.
