Very good experience today. Love the bowl presentation and attention to detail with the fruit. I know it sounds crazy, but the presentation makes it all taste so much better. The staff is always knowledgeable about the product.

My drinks are always perfect. Today I decided to get the waffacado toast and it was so yummy! This location is about 5 min from my home and it’s on my way to work so I love that I can just place my order and pick up when I’m on my way. The girls here are always sweet and welcoming. The establishment is always very clean and they keep the counters nice and clean.

My experience this time was not very positive. The product was excellent but customer service was not. The employee working did not greet me and seemed to be overwhelmed/distracted. I did observe that the employee had her earbuds in. I stood there for a couple of minutes and before she asked me what I wanted. I informed her that it was for a pick-up. Normally customer service at this location is excellent.

I love Nektar and continue to order online. During this experience I asked for no agave and to add protein powder, neither of which were carried out. Normally service is really good just hoping next time there is more attention paid to the details on the online order
