Today was not a good experience. I placed my order via the Nektar app. I arrived to pickup my order but there was no one in the store. The lights were off, door was locked, and the OPEN sign was not illuminated. My pick up time was 07:36 AM. I waited to see if any employees would arrive and no one did. I departed at 07:37 AM to go to work without my beverage. I would like to have a refund processed.

The visit today was a great experience as always! I ordered a peanut butter bowl and it was made perfectly, filled to the top! The staff are great! Very attentive and friendly making sure the bowls are in a bag with plastic spoons and napkins to go. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be back soon!

I placed my order Wednesday. The soonest available pick up was Friday at 1:45. I called Nektar Thursday afternoon and asked if there was any way I could pick up Friday morning instead so me & husband could start it early Friday. The young lady said she could have it ready by 7:00am.
I’m very happy with the quick service and highly recommend the Beaumont Nektar store.

It was convenient to be able to cleanse without having to go shopping to the grocery store and figure out what to make. The cleansing juices were very fresh and tasty. I will definitely stop by for my next cleansing. I also liked the lunch bags given!

Fantastic! I placed my order via the app. By the time I arrived at the store, I was greeted and confirmed the name for pickup. Beverage was ready to go and it was delicious. I am definitely a fan of placing the order online!
