One of the poorest experiences placing an online order at a Nekter location. My order was to be ready 27min after placing the order just for it not to be ready over ten minutes after that. I feel 50 min to make 2 smoothies, 1 juice and a smoothie bowl is excessive.

The employee was sitting in the back and didn’t hear myself or the other person come in. After calling her for a while, she finally came to the front. She however was not pleasant.
I normally have excellent service but that’s also with a different employee. This employee was not pleasant to interact with.

I enjoyed my drink but husband said his was bland. I did add blueberries and banana to mine, so I think it had a sweeter taste. His tasted like water with a tiny bit of flavoring.

The experience has always been Great.
However, I became really sick after having the peanut butter chocolate smoothie. About an hour after I had it. I started to feel nauseous and haven’t been able to keep anything down since the morning.
I’m not sure if maybe the ingredients are bad. I’ve had it before and have always ordered from you without any problems.
