Placed an order online and it should have been ready at 11:40. It wasn’t even started when we walked in. Got it a little over 20 minutes later. Another customer said she had placed an order and that it should have been ready an hour before and it hadn’t been started either. They need more help at this location.

My smoothie was melted and waffles was soggy. I put on a pickup order and when I picked it up the waffle was sitting out on the counter and the smoothie was pulled out of a fridge. And I came into pick up at the time the app told me too. I was not late. So the quality was not great because the order was made early.
