Loved the dragonfruit smoothie but 10 dollars for a smoothie is a bit 😳. If you're fine with it then they are tasty smoothies!

I really hate to be this person, usually I'm super patient and I get it when a place is super busy but there's no point in ordering ahead when u still have to wait on your order forever because they are still working on in house customer orders and don't even bother to acknowledge you at the pick up/order ahead counter. I agree with other reviews the staff is what needs improvement or hire more people. I've noticed this everywhere I go out to get food/drinks now, the service is horrible! Will be going down the street from now on to juice junkies where the staff is friendly and doesn't ignore you when you walk in and their juices/smoothies are amazing.

I’ve been here before and have always enjoyed the smoothies and bowls, yesterday I came in and the wait was a bit longer than usual. As I was on my way home I had swallowed something that seemed a little off.. I assumed it was maybe just some ice, then after another sip I felt something in my mouth again. I spit it out and it was ground up plastic shards and chunks :( I went back and was able to speak with a manager over the phone and was refunded. They offered to re make everything which was kind but I was pretty grossed out honestly. Anyway, I used to really love this place, just be extra cautious when getting the cold brew protein smoothie, and make sure they didn’t miss a cap in the blender..

I've been visiting Nekter for a bit over two years now pretty much weekly, every smoothie and acai bowl i've ever purchased were delicious, fairly healthy, and fresh! Not to mention the staff is very friendly and professional!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I dont recall the ladys name but she wore a black facemask with gold on it and has blonde hair.
It was my first time there and she calmy and diligently walked me through their menu. She explained the top favorites and helped find an amazing smoothie and even sold me on buying an immunity bowl. Definitely coming back and telling my friends!

Maybe avoid on a Sunday afternoon unless you have time to spare. Only one guy making smoothies = quite a wait!

I give this place a 5 star rating because they have fantastic smoothie bowls and charcoal lemonade and the best vegan ice cream. If I had to rate them on their customer service they'd get one star.
