I love Nekter. The bowls are great, the smoothies and juices tasty and healthy. Great options, very convenient app. However they’ve priced themselves out of the market. They’ve done several price increases over the last couple of years (either inflation driven, or driven by declining customer transactions) and I’ve stuck with them in spite of that. However, this latest price increase has made them now far too expensive to justify. I was a somewhat regular customer but I won’t be back.

Hi Liz, We hate to hear that you don't perceive the same value in our products that you once did. We try our best to keep prices where they were but, our operating/ increased over 20%. We bared the brunt of this over the past years. Our app is still a great way to get special offers and to be rewarded for coming in.
Every time I go to Nékter at the Stayton location Victoria and Rebecca greet me with a huge smile! They are so polite and welcoming. My order is also ready within a couple of minutes. No wait time, which is amazing!!! Favorite smoothie place to go to 🫶🏼

Smoothie was good, but customer service is terrible. They treat you like you’re bothering them 🤦🏽♀️ would’ve tipped if I hadn’t felt like such a nuisance. Will not be back for solely this reason.

I came in this morning and got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and Cassie was the most helpful. She helped me figure out how much protein and calories were in it to fit my dieting needs!

Best find ever! I figured it would be like every other smoothie place, but they had so many options! Cassie helped me pick the best option for my picky, almost vegan self without being judgey or rude. Will definitely be back, y'all have me hooked!

tried this place on a whim. cassie was so helpful and recommended i try an açaí bowl (i’ve had lackluster ones from other smoothie bars in the past) and i’m so glad i took her advice!! will definitely be back :)

Me and my girlfriend came here for a juice and smoothie, both of us left feeling nauseous and sick, and she almost threw up. I don't know what you guys did or didn't do but thanks.

I come here 2-3 times every week and I love what they have to offer! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, including Victoria and Trey. I always receive fantastic service and delicious options. My favorite items are the berry açaí bowls and the green juices/smoothies. Well worth a stop if you’re into healthy options with great flavors and warm smiles.
