Customer service below sub par. Workers more concerned with eating açaí bowls during checkout instead of actually working. I asked for a cup holder since I had multiple drinks and she threw it on the counter without inserting them. As if I was bothering them by coming into the shop. First and last time coming here.

The best smoothies and acai bowls in Fort Worth!

Acai bowls are amazing! Staff is not, I come every week. Never smiling, always a mad look on their face like your bothering them from doing something

First time and I loved the bowl I received that's was recommended to me by Katelyn, trea and Victoria, it was very much welcoming!

I come here 2-3 times every week and I love what they have to offer! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, including Victoria and Trey. I always receive fantastic service and delicious options. My favorite items are the berry açaí bowls and the green juices/smoothies. Well worth a stop if you’re into healthy options with great flavors and warm smiles.

I’ve been to this location once before and the açaí bowl was amazing. I went back again today and the guy ringing me up couldn’t remember anything I ordered - ha! Eventually got my bowl and he forgot the agave on top. Is it really that complicated? Unfortunately, I’m throwing it away and won’t be coming back to this location. Oh, and they charge $1 for a tablespoon of peanut butter and the smallest amount of coconut shavings I’ve ever seen.

A little pricey but the Acai bowls are a super great healthy meal! Me and my girlfriend loved them

I’ve been here before and have always enjoyed the smoothies and bowls, yesterday I came in and the wait was a bit longer than usual. As I was on my way home I had swallowed something that seemed a little off.. I assumed it was maybe just some ice, then after another sip I felt something in my mouth again. I spit it out and it was ground up plastic shards and chunks :( I went back and was able to speak with a manager over the phone and was refunded. They offered to re make everything which was kind but I was pretty grossed out honestly. Anyway, I used to really love this place, just be extra cautious when getting the cold brew protein smoothie, and make sure they didn’t miss a cap in the blender..

I've been visiting Nekter for a bit over two years now pretty much weekly, every smoothie and acai bowl i've ever purchased were delicious, fairly healthy, and fresh! Not to mention the staff is very friendly and professional!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I dont recall the ladys name but she wore a black facemask with gold on it and has blonde hair. It was my first time there and she calmy and diligently walked me through their menu. She explained the top favorites and helped find an amazing smoothie and even sold me on buying an immunity bowl. Definitely coming back and telling my friends!
