May I just say I go to both the Hulen location and this one and both me and my husband notice a difference in quality and the way we like our smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. I really love how they make them at this location. I can see why people think the staff is unwelcoming but honestly those girls are very sweet and I think they just are there to do their job. Anytime I make a request they never get mad and usually apologize for taking some time and always are happy to give me extra straws, or things I need or suggest some things. I come here a lot and happy with the improvements they made! (: overall, happy and will continue coming back.

We absolutely love Nékter’s acai bowls! The new build-your-own feature is a hit with my family. With endless toppings and options, it’s always fresh and satisfying. Ordering ahead with the app is so convenient, plus we get rewards for every purchase!

They are always kind and courteous and quick about getting orders out. A few of my favorites are Jasmine and Jade. Always friendly with a smile on their face 🙂 great place all around!

I love Nekter. The bowls are great, the smoothies and juices tasty and healthy. Great options, very convenient app. However they’ve priced themselves out of the market. They’ve done several price increases over the last couple of years (either inflation driven, or driven by declining customer transactions) and I’ve stuck with them in spite of that. However, this latest price increase has made them now far too expensive to justify. I was a somewhat regular customer but I won’t be back.

Picked up the açaí banana berry bowl and the dragon fruit bowl to split with my coworkers. I couldn’t decide which I liked better! Kinda pricey but 4 people shared the two bowls and it was a perfect amount. Delicious, chilly, and fresh!!

Delicious acai bowls and smoothies.

I come here all the time and I have never had a bad experience before. I always order the protein power bowl, and the base is creamy and delicious. However this time base was just blended ice/water and fruit, no protein, cashew milk, or açaí. It was so nasty, just slushy ice water. There was no agave on top either, which I asked for. Super disappointed, had to trash it. Do not recommend!! 🙁

tried this place on a whim. cassie was so helpful and recommended i try an açaí bowl (i’ve had lackluster ones from other smoothie bars in the past) and i’m so glad i took her advice!! will definitely be back :)

The bowls here are mediocre at best but what made my experience here even worse is how management allows their employees to display racist behavior. I will be telling everyone I know not to ever come here

Hours are till 8 pm but I tried to go in last night which was Sunday at 7:50 and the doors were locked and I could see a young lady walking around with a clipboard and a group of 4 teenage or young 30’s boys chillin in the lobby area. I waited outside till about 8:15 and the boys were still just hanging inside they didn’t have any drinks or açaí bowls literally just hanging out.
