I paid first but they made me wait. Took another person's order and made theirs first. Still didn't start on mine, I had to come and ask about it. Then they don’t have almond milk for one of my drinks.. Poor service. I'll go to JuiceLand

After a workout with my girlfriend we stopped by for a snack and were really impressed by the quality and professionalism. Anjali was super helpful explaining the menu and suggesting items we'd like. She made my açaí bowl masterfully and my girlfriend's Green Apple Detox (Pressed Juice) was great too. Even though she was solo on Saturday she still gave us an amazing experience and made our day brighter!

The staff here are excellent, polite and courteous. The Mango Delight Smoothie I ordered was delicious and refreshing. The juice bar has a nice open and spacious feel with a modern ambience to it. They have many offerings - juices, smoothies, shakes, bowls, cleansers to keep your body in great health and going. It's a better maybe the best alternative to all the junk food out there.

Small and clean spot with great setup and maintenance. Their menu has tons of options targeting different health goals. I'm into their protein-focused items and energy boosts. Both bowls and smoothies/drinks are solid. They've got some tasty ready-made grab-and-go stuff too (tried the protein bites and juices, very good). Free parking, quick service. Order at counter and pick up.

I recently visited this juice bar and was blown away by the experience! I met a young women named chloe. She helped me with everything she was extremely helpful and professional. I was blown away at the fact that she remembered the menu and new straight away what I was looking for. She would double check if I was good and satisfied. Thats not something i would come across often. Chloe bless her for being a great person. I i came here multiple times because i felt welcomed and it made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing by. I saw her handle multiple customers by herself. The store was nearly full and she handle it so well!!! The people truly make the establishment. I have been recommending this place to my friends. And they all say the same thing about chloe. She made them all feel welcomed. This place also has such a fresh and welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. The juices themselves are absolutely delicious — you can really taste how fresh the ingredients are. Everything is vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in flavor. I tried the green detox blend and a tropical smoothie, and both were amazing! I also love how clean and cozy the space is — it’s the kind of spot where you want to hang out, relax, and enjoy your drink. Whether you’re looking for something healthy, energizing, or just a tasty treat, this juice bar truly delivers. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. I frequent this store thanks to the amazing staff and again thank you Chloe for the experience!!!

Super unclean. I had a nice experience the first time I came here and every time since then it’s been a disappointment. They will fill up the açaí bowl half way. Today the açaí was gray???? I had a green juice from here before and it was salty and I feel like it just tasted unsanitary. Just like this açaí. Way over priced. Not a good location at all. I leave this review after giving this location multiple chances. Terrible.

I had an amazing experience at Nekter! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. They took the time to explain the menu, offering great recommendations based on my preferences. Their knowledge about the ingredients and health benefits of each juice and smoothie was impressive—super informative and helpful! Not only was the service top-notch, but the drinks themselves were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients with no unnecessary additives. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares about both the product and the customer experience, but Nekter nails it. If you’re looking for a refreshing, healthy treat with exceptional service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have came to this juice bar a few times over the past year or so, but as of lately I feel very welcomed, and appreciated as a customer. so much so that one of the employees remembers my order and welcome me in with a nice warm welcome. The Açaí superfood bowl is great, would recommend to anyone looking for something healthy and tasty! I typically take my order and eat it elsewhere, but during my last visit this past Tuesday, I decided to eat there and enjoy the bowl. The environment continues to feel more welcoming every time I come back, I wanted to compliment my experience to the manager since it’s majorly improved since the first time I came in the beginning of 2024, but since people always write about the bad things I thought I’d leave this positive great experience here!

Love the smoothies and juices

My wife has been a loyal customer, ordering juice from this establishment about five times a week for the past three years, spending approximately $13.50 per order. Everything was fine until a particular employee—a young man—began harassing her on a regular basis. We have three small children, and my wife is extremely responsible. She always places her order 15 to 20 minutes in advance to ensure it’s ready when she arrives. However, almost every time, her drink is not prepared, and it’s always the same employee causing the issue. Despite the manager—who has been very kind—explaining that the protein should be properly mixed into the drink, this employee repeatedly fails to do so. Most recently, when my wife politely pointed out—yet again—that her drink wasn’t ready and that he wasn’t doing his job properly, he became rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, he told her she’s “not welcome anymore.” This is completely unacceptable. It’s as if he refuses to do his job correctly and expects customers to simply accept it. To make matters worse, during her last visit, he became aggressive toward her, which we will not tolerate. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility is shocking. It is deeply concerning that an employee feels entitled to mistreat a loyal customer without consequence. Cursing at and being aggressive toward customers is absolutely disgraceful behavior. We will be filing a formal complaint and expect appropriate action to be taken.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nékter Juice Bar in Bel Air is hands down the best spot for fresh, delicious smoothies and juices in Houston! I stopped by recently and was absolutely blown away—not just by the menu options, but by the incredible customer service. Chloe was phenomenal in helping me figure out what to order. She took the time to ask about my preferences, made thoughtful recommendations, and even explained the benefits of some of the ingredients. I ended up trying the PB MOCHA smoothie after my hot yoga workout , and it was perfection—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed! The atmosphere here is clean, inviting, and vibrant, and the quality of the ingredients is unmatched. Whether you’re a juice bar regular or new to the scene, this place is worth every penny. We love Nekter - their acai bowls and smoothies are our favorites! We love the mango acai bowl. Appreciate having a juice bar that makes certified kosher items. Always delicious and quick too!

I love smoothies, make them for myself often and purchase when out and about, with that being said this was not good,it wasn't blended well. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be lumpy but not what I expect with a professional grade blender, I get a smooth blend with my at home ninja blender. I would try the juices but not the smoothies. My husband and son had the mango delight and they said it was alright but had a powdery taste.
