I go in about twice a week, and the quality is always consistent. I especially like Brianna because she suggests something new if I am unsure about my regular order. Her customer service is exceptional. I love stopping for a cold treat. We go to Brasil yearly (hubby is Brazilian) and the Açaí bowls are close to the ones in Brasil.

There’s nothing better than a place that makes healthy eating so easy and delicious! The smoothies are always refreshing, and the bowls are packed with fresh, flavorful goodness. A go-to for me!

I have came to this juice bar a few times over the past year or so, but as of lately I feel very welcomed, and appreciated as a customer. so much so that one of the employees remembers my order and welcome me in with a nice warm welcome. The Açaí superfood bowl is great, would recommend to anyone looking for something healthy and tasty! I typically take my order and eat it elsewhere, but during my last visit this past Tuesday, I decided to eat there and enjoy the bowl. The environment continues to feel more welcoming every time I come back, I wanted to compliment my experience to the manager since it’s majorly improved since the first time I came in the beginning of 2024, but since people always write about the bad things I thought I’d leave this positive great experience here!

We love Nekter - their acai bowls and smoothies are our favorites! We love the mango acai bowl. Appreciate having a juice bar that makes certified kosher items. Always delicious and quick too!

Outstanding service and acai bowl always meet my expectations.

I have been a loyal customer to Nekter juice bar for the past few years. Usually I have a good experience no matter which location I go to. However, my last visit at this location was not pleasant. I ordered my favorite bowl- power protein as usual and was told they didn’t have strawberries and only had peanut granola. I told the cashier that wasn’t a problem and I will still purchase the bowl. What I don’t know was that they were also out of 3 more the main ingredients to make the bowl. Plus I only received half of the portion size due to the lack of ingredients. However, I was still charged full price. I was trying to be understanding but I still believe if all ingredients are not there, it’s shouldn’t be full price. Does this bowl look like it is worth $14?

Delicious fruit bowls! But the music is always so loud it's hard to order. They have an adorable book exchange, and I like the open layout.

Friend from the UK ordered the 32oz watermelon juice and dragon fruit bowl for me through ubber eats. It had dragon fruit, agave, goji berries, hemp hearts, apples, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, and banana. Oh and granola. My friend went a little crazy, they ordered extra fruit. And I ate ALL of it. It was almost 2lbs of fruit not counting the juice. I basically overdosed on fruit, I'm not gonna lie. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was so amazing. I knew I didn't have any more room, but everything was so delicious and fresh that I could not stop. I looked pregnant after. I had to lay down and take a nap. The only negative thing I experienced was sadness as I noticed I only had a couple bites left of my fruit bowl. I should not have eaten that much fruit, but I did. Like a fat pig. And I'd do it again. Ugh... it was all so amazing. Thank you to whoever put my fruit bowl together. This was my first time eating from nekter, first time eating dragon fruit, goji berries, hemp hearts, and agave... and it was amazing. I'm still fruit pregnant and kind of out of it from my nap, ngl. Edit: It's been years and to this day I still tell people about how good this all was. When people mention going to Houston I suggest they stop by, and whenever I get to go back, I will definitely be stopping by. This was a completely guiltless and magical food experience for me.

Good juices and açaí bowls! Just don’t like how they don’t accept cash.

Come to this location at least once a week found hair in my açaí bowl more than once brought it to the attention to the tall heavy set guy and the last time i came in for a bowl he was rude whispered a comment to the lady that was working. Not only did i feel so uncomfortable I was scared to eat my bowl. The lady just kept looking at me with a smirk.

A roach crawled across the counter as I was going to pay and the girl at the register didn’t react at all. I had to tell her to kill it. She seemed very confused, lol. I still purchased a peanut butter bowl and they made it wrong. Once I went back in for a refund, the other girl with the glasses was super rude. She did not interact, no eye contact, no words spoken. She seemed annoyed. A roach, no customer service skills, and can’t make the order correctly? Some people should not be working in the service industry. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Midtown.

Had the Açaí bowl and was unsatisfied, the customer service is horrible guy at the register did not look happy to be there at all. Granola or coconut had an after taste. If your into açaí bowls definitely try Juiceland you will not regret it.

Smoothies are good as well as bowls but the place is seriously under staffed, 2 poor girls trying to run the place at lunchtime...took me 35 minutes to get 3 Smoothies, totally unacceptable. Parking on site.
