As a frequent customer I would expect a lot better customer service than what I received Sunday 641 by Eliana and the closing crew. First off their was an issue with applying the $4.50 off acai bowl as I literally showed them the email and I did not have a promo code. I was told they could only take $2 off. After back and forth dialogue, I stated you guys should honor what the email states and aren’t the customer the priority. After a few more minutes of her scrolling the app, one if the other employees came over and just stated”just do the employee discount”. Keep in mind I ordered a pan Mocha for full price also. After waiting for a bit, I received a 70% full superfood bowl with 4 slices of banana and a agave. This was by far the worse service I’ve seen here. A Caucasian friend of mine went in earlier and her bowl was full to the brim. What a disgrace as this is unacceptable. And they didn’t even want to issue me a bag, silverware or napkins. I will NOT go back to this location. Please address the young ladies attitudes as they are ruining this locations business. Simply horrific!

manger is amaizng! so nice, gave us free coupons and bars. definitely recommend coming here, their acai bowls are my favorite i highly recommend. it’s a great welcoming atmosphere, and makes you feel good after you eat healthy!

I am a highly frequent customer, both going in, and placing orders through apps. I was not impressive by the customer service I got this time. I received my bowls, which were not filled all the way up, as usual, and asked a question about the yogurt. This young lady with blonde hair come in with such an horrid attitude, answered my question and turned around so angrily. She had an intolerant attitude toward me the whole time. I felt as if I was bothering her by being a customer. I’d like to go back, but please fix this.

The Berry Açaí Bowl is BOMB!

Just had the almond butter bowl...smashed it and got full like she said(didn’t get her name). Great lunch alternative for a first timer.

First time i have been there and my açai biwl is like this. The bowl was missing some fruit and ingredients and the cinsistency was so watery, not thick at all. Very disappointed

Excellent juices, smoothies, acai bowls

I always get regular acai bowls but I tried the dragon fruit one today and it was sooo good! I can't believe I hadn't tried it earlier. Nekter is one of my favorite places for acai bowls and the ingredients are always fresh.

I ordered the acai berry banana bowl, it was very tasty. I enjoyed my time here, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the dining area was dirty, but besides that it is a nice place. I would go back.
