Hello, I wanted to take the time and say well done on employing your workers!! I ordered a mango bowl this morning and even though they were backed up with large amounts of tickets, Dan reassured me as well those waiting that they will get our orders out. Even though it was a bit of a wait, I didnt mind as he also said he was working with a new hire which I couldnt even tell by how fast paced and composed he was. Very nice work fellas!

Absolutely amazing service, I was properly walked through the menu options by Amanda and the checkout process was very seamless. Juice shots were super refreshing for a hot Houston summer day and the almond butter açaí bowl hit the spot, per usual. Highly recommended!
Amanda and Quinn greeted us as soon as we walked in and we immediately felt welcomed and happy to visit this location! Very energetic and positive vibes!

Juices are just ok , service is unprofessional as everywhere else these days , visited 8/24 around 12:30 walked in, no greeting as they looked over their shoulder to see who walked in, missing items so i couldn’t order my usual, i feel like i’m inconveniencing your staff asking and repeating my order because they can’t communicate amongst themselves , instead of talking about what the manager did that didn’t make any sense from what i over heard for 5 min while standing there waiting to order. And are the lights out or bulbs need to be ordered ? From a service stand point these issues need to be addressed , it’s a turn off honestly .

So I went to Nektar yesterday for the first time and Amanda and Q made my Açaí bowl and I came back again and they treated me with the greatest customer service every. The place is really good vibes clean and delicious. Amanda taught me about the rewards points and I’m excited to wrap up more points. Thank you.

Best Açaí Bowl I’ve had to date. I was honestly shocked and wasn’t expecting the quality to be so good. I had the Acai Peanut Butter Bowl because my husband really wanted peanut butter. I did not want it because every Acai bowl that I have that’s made with peanut butter has been overbearing and all I can taste is the PB.
Not here!
The staff is extremely friendly and the manager is very accommodating. I could go here every single day!
