Horrible experience there, and this is not the first time. I only go because I'm in the area. Manager is extremely rude, out of tune, and lacks costumer service. The other employees were really nice and made great products. However, they no longer work there. My Açai bowl tasted horrible, literally chunks of kale in it. Costumer service is horrible. I would not recommend. Overtly expensive and not worth your time. I would strongly recommend passing on this place.

I went for the acai bowl, for the size the price is fair but I've been to another place that gives way more fruit with the bowl.

Love this place for my morning bowl. The acai bowl was delicious, filling, and a great portion size. I was able to order online the night before so that it was ready when I walked in the next morning on my way to work. Will start this part of my routine!

The low stars isn’t for the food but for the service, after reading some other reviews it seems to be very common to go and have pretty awful service. I’ve only been twice and both times I got attitude. I understand it’s not the most exciting job and everyone has our days but to act like I’m an annoyance when I’m PAYING for food isn’t okay especially since they’re not cheap. The açaí bowls are great size and great amount of fruit etc so I’ll be returning to Nekter just not this location. Do better. Updated : the owner reached out to me and corrected the situation I can’t make it clear enough how much that meant to me. I have went back and the service has improved.

Nekter is a great juice bar that some could call "expensive" but that's how some places are. The acai bowls I would not consider over priced because 1 acai bowl can fill you up, so it's not a waste of money! The smoothies are a bit more expensive but taste very good 😃! The service there is usually quick and good. The actual juice bar is pretty clean too. I would definitely recommend nekter if you are looking for some healthy, delicious, and usually vegan/vegetarian (and more) options.

The new Immunity Bowl is delicious. Great service as always.

Cool small place with selection of juices, smoothies and bowls. Detox juice mix was pretty tasty. They also have vegan frozen treats, so will be back in the summer too :)

Compared to most açai book places this isn’t a great one. Staff didn’t seem to care and produced a mediocre bowl. Wouldn’t recommend

Their cold brew smoothie is literally heaven on earth. All the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Love the açaí bowls as well!

Based on the product itself id rate that 5 stars ( acacia mango) but the energy of the staff was not very friendly. The building itself was a bit warm for houston. This was the first time trying this place would i go back sure but not sit there and eat my bowl, mind u it will melted by the time id get home so maybe not. Nekter not the only place in houston to get a acacia bowl. Enjoy eating clean. ;-)
