The smoothies and açaí bowls are so good they are so refreshing and perfect for summer. The employees are really nice and kind. The atmosphere can be a little loud because of the blender, but it’s alright. I would recommend this place to many.

Had to give a shoutout to Val and Bri. Came in a couple days ago with a few friends after a long workout and they made us the best protein bowls. Didn’t expect to go in and actually have good conversation and laughs. We’ll be back soon!

I have been coming the W. Gray location for a few months consistently. The variety of juices and bowls are awesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Val has been exceptional.

I want to give a shout-out too Bre because she gave me the most amazing experience, she made my banana berry açaí bowl and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had.
Excellent customer service, beautiful shop. However, the açaí bowl was very mediocre, which is unexpected, because this is a national franchise brand. I was deeply disappointed. The açaí was very runny even though I saw them make the açai with frozen ingredients. The açai flavor was nothing compared to Earthcraft or any other places I’ve been to. I would not recommend it.

HJey - I'm so sorry you are disappointed. We are a national brand, but locally owned. Most shops like the one you mentioned have added sweeteners in their acai. We do that to keep our products as clean as possible. You can always modify and add items if you prefer something sweeter. As for the consistency, that's good feedback. It is hot out this summer, but sometimes our team members don't portion correctly. We hope you will give us another chance sometime. Their meal replacement bowls are delicious, especially if you like acai bery or dragon fruit since it has granola to help fill you up with their food.

I visited Houston and came in to get a healthy bowl hali was a incredible worker and very helpful recommending a good smoothie bowl highly appreciative would recommend for sure!

This is the only location I come to where I can order one thing and get an entirely different thing. The only difference I wanted between my 2 bowls was I asked for chia seeds on ONE of them, got none. How does one have coconut but not the other? (I scraped some from the other bowl because there was ALOT). And why do they have different color and texture? Please do better, y’all are never busy when I come. 🤦🏾♀️

Thank you Hali!! Someone FINALLY made the Berry Burst smoothie correctly today! Usually it’s too watery, too sweet, or just leaves me feeling like I wasted my money. Since the smoothies are so inconsistent, I always order a bowl, but today was great. Halo needs to train the entire corporate on how to properly make a smoothie instead of winging it.

This place is going downhill. Lately, the extra toppings I pay for have been missing from the order…they don’t have coconut cream anymore…and now I’m literally watching the cashier go back and forth between cutting fruit and ringing up orders on the cash register with NO GLOVES ON! I’m just going to request a refund at this point smh

Worst experience i ever had. Tried to order a protein bowl made my way but the lady taking my order seemed annoyed at my requests, she even claimed "it makes no difference idk why youre getting all that" then while making my bowl it seemed like they were talking about me saying "did you hear this goofy a** boy" when i saw the pink flamingo i tried ordering it and was told they had no coconut water i said milk is fine and then said they had no dragonfruit or milk when they just used a new gallon... truly baffled at this business.
