Pro: Love how quick and fast everything is made!
Con: The gal at the front was a little short on my last visit and i thought maybe she was having a bad day so i let it go because we all have those. I went back today and same thing even shorter, didn’t even look me in the eyes, no warmth nothing. I know these are prob college students i get it, but i think being friendly and saying have a great day smiling etc is not a lot to ask. My advice would be to chat with all staff and ask them to focus on that. They could bring a smile to someone’s face that really needs it and they will want to come back. But putting my order down at me saying here, turns around and that’s it is a little rude in my opinion. Anyways I will come back of course but just want to say something. I’m happy to say something to her myself next time I see her but i dont want to add to her plate i know she is busy! Anyways thanks and have a great day :)

I ordered in the app and waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes so I really didn’t need to interact with the person working other than her handing me my bowl. But I do want to mention that I ended up throwing my bowl in the trash. I decided to try the mango base this time. I love every mango flavored and was so excited to see this option. The mango base is not good in my opinion. It tastes like jarred baby food.

The two times I’ve been here recently I’ve had to get them to add my phone number. Might be good to add that to beginning of transaction. Other than that very nice
