Overall I love all Nékter prices and food. My main complaint is customer service, I think people overall could be friendlier, but today was great! I think in the last two months it has gotten significantly better.

The service is inconsistent depending on who is working unfortunately. Today my bowl was not filled to its usual measurement. I also only got one banana when I paid for extra banana, and only had granola as the other topping. The base wasn’t as flavorful or full as it usually is

I love the açaí bowls and plan to order them often, but they are a bit expensive for people on a budget. Ordering in person in the store is stressful because it is hard to hear and be heard over the noise of the blenders and the music. I was misheard and did not end up leaving with what I wanted, but it felt too loud to try to clarify.
