The experience was great, I ordered on my app so it was ready when I got there. But I have to say that my smoothie was not so good this time around. It was way too thick and had way too much peanut butter in it. I threw it away when I got home. I usually have no problems with my smoothies when I get them from you. Will try again.

When the employee gets you a bag, and opens it, I would expect the employee to put my bowl in the bag, instead of the customer having to put her bags down and put the bowl in the bag along with spoon and napkin.

You have a bunch of teens working behind the counter who are busy chitchatting instead of being attentive to who comes in. I waited at the register for 10min to see if they’d even turn around to see if a customer came in. But they just continued to yak away with each other.
