Loved that they knew how to build a protein bowl that was going to have a lid on it. A lot of times I receive my order with the peanut butter on top and it gets smashed when the lid gets put on. This order the peanut butter was under the fruit so no smashed peanut butter.

The bowls and drinks are fabulous. Really fresh and very friendly staff.

The Ladera Ranch store said my PB Bowl was unavailable today. How is that possible? So I ordered at one of your RSM stores but went to the wrong store and just gave up. Someone got a free PB Bowl….

Love the pb and j bowls and smoothies. Service today was great

Great but there is one problem. I can’t eat bananas and online (app or Google orders). I can’t remove it from the protein power bowl. It lets me remove it from “on top” but not from the blend. That means I can only order onsite and that’s not an option. The app also does not let me “sub almond butter” which I can do on site. Thanks! Otherwise I love this place!

Love the acai

The quality of the fruit in the bowls seems to be declining. Bananas were brown today and more than 1/2 of the blueberries were bad.

The last few times we’ve been in have been pleasant and the most perfect bowls.

I always love coming here and the smoothies or bowls I get! I just wish the online order environment showed when your order was ready to pickup!

Being a frequent flyer I can say that this location is always spot on. Several friendly staff, clean and fresh smelling, and consistency. The Acai bowls actually look the same as in the pictures…can’t say that about the Marguerite location.

It was my first time ordering online and unfortunately I made a mistake so I did not like my bowl. I meant to sub peanut butter for almond butter but got both.

They forgot the coconut on the açaí mango bowl. Happens all the time. I think they get it confused with the açaí banana berry bowl
