All great. Love that you fill the bowl to the top. Other places don’t do that

I was very pleased with my Acai Bowl today.

Always a great treat! Whether it is a smoothie, a bowl, or a juice. Love the easiness of ordering on the app. The staff is always nice and friendly.

I bought a bowl and the bananas did not seem as nice and fresh as usual. They were mushy. If they were like this more often, I would not come back.

Bowls are great. When the employee gets you a bag, and opens it, I would expect the employee to put my bowl in the bag, instead of the customer having to put her bags down and put the bowl in the bag along with spoon and napkin.

My bowl was ready before pick up time which was great! 😊

It was great They did the online order on time, and the bowl and smoothee were made perfect. The workers are friendly and focus on the work that needs to be done. Great job, Nekter Mission Viejo 👏

Was able to place my mobile order and pick it up in a timely fashion. Smoothie tasted great. Nekter is my favorite juice/smoothie/acai place. Only request is to make subbing OUT coconut products more easy because I can't eat coconut!

The service is inconsistent depending on who is working unfortunately. Today my bowl was not filled to its usual measurement. I also only got one banana when I paid for extra banana, and only had granola as the other topping. The base wasn’t as flavorful or full as it usually is

I love the açaí bowls and plan to order them often, but they are a bit expensive for people on a budget. Ordering in person in the store is stressful because it is hard to hear and be heard over the noise of the blenders and the music. I was misheard and did not end up leaving with what I wanted, but it felt too loud to try to clarify.

Every single time I get something here it blows my mind. The chocolate bowl is insanely good. The people are very nice. Really high quality food and good experience.

The store was busy and some of the workers appeared to be overwhelmed. When I came into the store there was no greeting and I had to wait awhile before I was acknowledged. The employee who acknowledged me was pleasant. The 2 açaí bowls were good however, the green drink was unusually sweet. I have ordered this drink several times in the past and it has never been this sweet. When I looked at the bottom of the cup all I could see was agave. I hope some additional training is provided to store staff.

Nice staff and online order was perfect, but I’d ordered 3 different bowls and it would be great if they had the name of the bowl in sharpie or a label on them.
