The smoothie was delicious and kept in a refrigerator till I arrived. Did my very first mobile app. Arrived onsite and stood near the pick up order area, the associate would assist other customers they served inside prior to my arrival but it was a good 10 mins till I finally got her attention that I was there for a mobile pick up as it stated in the sign. Otherwise she was completely facing preparing the drinks which was good but she should of asked me if I needed something. That could of been better, otherwise the mobile app wasn’t very convenient for pick up

I ordered online and it was done by the time I arrived to pick it up. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was welcoming. The service was perfect and all three of our smoothies were delicious

We live in Del Mar and used to frequent the Nekter location up until a year or more ago. The Del Mar location seemed to have fallen from grace at that time and so we changed smoothie shops. However, today on our way home from Joshua Tree I did a google map search while on the road and the Menifee location came up. Since I am familiar with the brand I thought to give it another shot and this location seems to be firing on all cylinders. The purchase experience was quick and simple, the Nekter employees had the smoothies ready before we picked them up, and the gentleman that passed them to us at the counter was professional, sincere, and prompt. Equally as important, the smoothies themselves tasted great and were by all accounts fresh. Great job to the employees on hand there this afternoon. Thanks much.

1st time customer. Smoothie was good.
Pretty expensive for overall experience. Staff needed more/better training. I questioned the price and size and employee didn't know. It seems to be a pretty simple operation but not run well. I think there are better choices, probably wouldn't go back

Customer service was great but I didn’t like the smoothie. It was bitter. It was no fault on the worker. I should’ve added a sweetener or gotten a sweeter drink
