Overall, it’s a great place and a great menu. The service is usually good, occasionally some people have a bad attitude that work there. But most of them are super nice. The only recommendation I have is that you have an alternative to the agave syrup as a sweetener, perhaps a Monk fruit sweetener. It is also all natural, but better for people who don’t want all that sugar.

Order was not ready upon pick up. In fact nothing was made yet. The employee began making my juice the moment I showed up. Handed me the juice once finished and asked if I had anything else on my order in which I informed him yes I had a bowl and a refresher. He then began to make the remaining part of my order (but shouldn’t he have known what I ordered?!). Overall I expect when ordering online and given a pickup time for it to be ready and for the store to know what I order.

Not much to say, sometimes an order is placed and not fulfilled completely for roughly 5-15 mins. Placing a mobile order for pickup and still having to wait 15 mins after you already arrived 5 mins past the ready time slot is frustrating. Especially when ordering ahead is for scheduling purposes. But other than that, everything and everyone has been politely and respectful

Every time I order from the app, the order never reaches the store and we end up waiting for our acai bowl. The store I'm referring to is located in Mennifee, CA

Paid for extra toppings and didn’t get them. The second time I asked if they added extra banana on top and they didn’t know I had paid for the extra Banana & Immunity. I ordered online, not sure if that’s the issue. Other times the extra toppings are added to the wrong açaí bowl. Same with drinks, I pay for the extra pineapple to The Greenie and when I ask to confirm they added pineapple they say they didn’t know I paid for extra pineapple. Seems to be a miscommunication with online orders.

Not good. My items were not ready at the stated p/up time. When I asked for them the worker said “oh you are the one w/the long order” as if she was bothered. She continued to laugh & joke around w/her co-worker while I waited. Unprofessional

I love it and only wish you guys had a drive-thru. For busy on the go people like myself I’d much rather have Healthy options like Nekter Juice Bar but when on the go it’s hard to stop by. So far I’m hooked on everything I have ordered and love it!! Thank you 🙏💕

You had what appeared to be a new employee preparing my bowl, and he didn't fully blend the blended portion of the bowl. He'll be fine with training and practice. This continues to be my very favorite place to get my smoothie treats!! Everything is always exceptional!?
