The açai bowls are inconsistently prepared. Flavor wise it is either really good or barely edible. There are also times when containers are barely filled halfway which is a problem when you are paying extra for fruits. The customer is always good though so no complaints there.

I ordered an açaí bowl without blueberries. I had been waiting all day to get it and finally did but was given the wrong order. I was so sad and I’m not usually a Karen but I called and told them and they made it up. I don’t know what I was given but this **** has no flavor! It tastes like ice!

It was busy and there were only two people there to take all the orders and make the food. The employees were working hard and doing their best but it still took too long to get my food because there weren’t enough people working. My order was ready when I arrived but I had to wait for other people to be helped in front of me, which took a while because the employees couldn’t be at the pick up counter because they had to take orders and make the food.
