Hello, I have also worked in the industry. Customer Service is #1- MOST IMPORTANT, when you’re serving the public. I have noticed on more than one occasion, that when I arrive and tell the associates, “I’m “Gina” picking up my immunity bowl”. I’m not acknowledged that i even entered the establishment, nor am I told “We’ll be with you, shortly or hello are picking up or ordering? I know it’s a busy location, and it can be noisy with the blenders and juicers running. I’m wondering, could it be that the employees are disgruntled? Underpaid?Understaffed? Just wondering why the customer service is NOT a priority. Too bad I like Nekter so much. Or I would just stop going there.

I love this location. Everyone is great and knows me. My issue I had was this past Sunday. I tried to order from the app and it wasn’t working. I went to the store to order. It was a woman I don’t normally I see. She took the order and made the drinks quickly, but the quality was very poor. I get the new Strawberry banana one and she put something in it that’s not normally there. I didn’t know until I left. I threw out most of it at home. She was on the phone the entire time I was there and when other people walked in. She had an AirPod in and was speaking with maybe a friend. Wasn’t work related. Maybe she just didn’t pay attention?? Very disappointed in that visit. It was Sunday the 26th around 9 am.
