I love the convenience of the app. I allows me to get healthy fast food. Everything is fresh and always made well. Maybe 1 in 4 visits they feel a little understaffed and there is a wait, but using the app helps avoid that. Regardless, the workers are always hustling and kind.

Great! I was trying to place an order on my app. I wasn’t sure if it went through so I called the store. The gentleman that answered confirmed it hadn’t and advised me to update my app. I re-submitted my order with success. Within minutes I got a call from the same person confirming they had received my order! That was above and beyond his duty & excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

I saw 2 workers both hustling but understaffed for the amount of customers. They had a system they were following to stay on top of orders, but are human and only have 2 hands a piece.

I love this restaurant! My favorite part outside of the fact that I love your bowls is that you allow for splitting on your app. Other smoothie places don't do that. Nekter is the only place I get my smoothie bowls.
