P.S.S. They removed my favorite drink, the Coffee Cold Brew with Banana, from the app. They won’t take an order for it over the phone either, to save me time. They did for a few months, then they stopped taking phone orders. Now they’re forcing me to wait while they make it if I want it. Horrible experience. They should just keep it in the app to be able to order it!!!
P.S. Order ahead at least 20-30 minutes, even 60 minutes ahead, via the mobile app, to get your drink when you arrive. Tho they could work on improving taste and lowering prices!

Nowhere near as good as my go-to shop in West Covina. Nothing against the specific location, but rather the company in general. There's a def strategy rethink on these recipes.

Like to bring the family here every so often this place is so good. Kids can't believe there really eating nothing but fruits and veggies! Gotta teach them healthy lifestyle while there young.
Awesome place with many healthy options. The employees here are so friendly and make sure the greet people as the come and go and being this place is packed every time I'm there that's impressive. Plus, don't want to stand in line and wait for your food or drink? Order with app and it will be ready and waiting when you get there.

I wanted to disclose my experience I just had today (3/9/19 8:50PM) at Nekter Juice Bar in Menifee (8027). I was not pleased with my time at the store, as the person helping me was not welcoming. They took a while to take my order and was not friendly. When I received my order, both smoothies had a good half inch left empty from the lid to the cup. I ordered two 16oz smoothies, which visually had less than that amount. In addition, I realized when I left the store, that they got my order wrong. I was given the berry banana burst smoothie, instead of the banana boost smoothie.
Usually Nekter is consistent with their smoothies and service, but this fell short of a good experience. I would prefer to go to a different location in the future, as I have been to several other Nekter Juice Bars that have provided better customer service and where I have received full smoothie amounts.

Natalie was super friendly and assisted us with choosing the best drinks for my husband and I. I prefer the fresh juices whereas my husband likes the smoothies. The store itself was very clean and I will definitely be returning.
