The 2 workers ignored me when I stood at the pick up counter, even though they both saw me (I was the only customer in the store). I decided to sit and wait, because my mobile order must not be done yet. Then I noticed the sign to let the staff know I’m there for a mobile pick up.
So I stood at the counter (again) waiting to be acknowledged, as they worked behind the counter I was standing at. I spoke up about my mobile order and they finally decided to acknowledge me. “Oh! You have a order to pick up?” (What a crazy question since I’m the only person there, and I didn’t order at the counter—AND I’m standing at the mobile pick up spot staring at them).
The girl turns and pulls my order out of the freezer behind her. It was ready the entire time.
Too bad. I really love this place and usually have great customer service. I also tipped on my app for this order. Wish I had not done that../I’ll think twice about pre-tipping next time.

I didn't like the fact that I came in to place an order in store and could not and had to download the app place an order o line and wait for almost an one hour. It was an inconvenience and because I never placed an order online my order was blotches. She offer to remake the entire drink but I have to leave so we tried a quick fix by my request and it just wasn't good.

I wish it let me post the pictures. I ordered 4 shots Ginger and 4 shots Turmeric the tiny cup isn't even half fool. I only ordered here because the bottled immunity as I use Robecks they don't cheat you. Sorry but this store service has went down. If I come in to order & tip oh there great but if I order through doordash terrible!
