Awesome employees great juice

You need to hire more staff or have more scheduled for the morning shift. They have been multiple occasions where I order online for pickup and am told 15 minutes time to be ready, only to arrive at the 15 minute mark and they haven’t begun to work on my order because it’s 1 person working and 6-7 customers waiting. Love the açaí bowls and juices here but the thought of having to wait for a time online order, especially if I’m limited on time, deters me from stopping at times. Outside of that, the staff at this location is friendly and handle the pressure of slammed mornings, just need some more bodies in there.

Hello, I have also worked in the industry. Customer Service is #1- MOST IMPORTANT, when you’re serving the public. I have noticed on more than one occasion, that when I arrive and tell the associates, “I’m “Gina” picking up my immunity bowl”. I’m not acknowledged that i even entered the establishment, nor am I told “We’ll be with you, shortly or hello are picking up or ordering? I know it’s a busy location, and it can be noisy with the blenders and juicers running. I’m wondering, could it be that the employees are disgruntled? Underpaid?Understaffed? Just wondering why the customer service is NOT a priority. Too bad I like Nekter so much. Or I would just stop going there.

The bowl and juice I received was fresh and yummy. Service was great and friendly.

Bad service, bad attention, customer service is horrible, the application does not work, it does not change ingredients in the juices. Be careful if you have food allergies! Este lugar realmente es malo, les solicité cambio de ingredientes para un jugo porque presento alergias y no cambiaron nada, me enfermé, les contacte y dijeron que la culpa es mía porque la aplicación indica los ingredientes que lleva el jugo, yo cambié mis ingredientes en el jugo, pero al parecer no se puede hacer esto, la aplicación no cuenta con una nota que permita editar y escribir que se requieren cambios por salud, por ello si presentas alergia alimentaria a alguno de los ingredientes ten mucho cuidado porque pueden ignorarte y eso te puede causar problemas de salud.

Submitted a mobile order, but when I arrived they didn’t seem to know where it was. I waited 6+ minutes past the already 15 min mobile wait time to receive my juice. Communication was noticeably lacking between the employees and between employees and clients alike. Other than that juice was fine.
