No complaints. My husband picked up drinks. He said only waited a few minutes. His smoothie was great. Açaí Popeye. I had the carrot juice. That would be sad if that was messed up. It was great!!

Açaí was bland and flavorless. I would not consider coming back because you pay for low quality product.

I’m in LOVE with your immunity bowls. I have tried to make it at home ..I was very disappointed it didn’t taste like NEKTER!!! We need a NEKTER in HEMET…..

Customer service was excellent. My bowl and smoothie were both great. I believe my ginger shot was old and bad. It tasted horrible and made me feel sick after.

My bowl was basically empty when I got it. There was no granola and I even paid extra for certain things that I didn’t get.

I come here often to get smoothies and bowls- unreal how much better it is compared to places like Juice it Up. We mainly place online orders for pick up and do the occasional in-store order. Best staff…never been disappointed in how the smoothies/bowls etc. turn out….so amazing every time.

I like how consistent in flavor your acai bowls are. Also your customer service is great. I've never had an issue at this location. Precise and friendly

My only issue was the bowls were under the halfway mark. Unfortunately this has become a norm for quite some time. When I first started getting bowls from Nekter years ago they were filled almost to the top. As a result of this I have been patronizing other other places that sell acai bowls. Branching out has allowed me to get my money's worth along quality ingredients. That's why I gave a recommendation of 5 when referring to friends.

The bowl was not as filled as previous purchases. Seems like only 3/4 of bowl was filled.

This was my first time visiting a Nekter location. I'm visiting my dad from Hawaii and I was looking for a smoothie place nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Nekter is more than just smoothies! I ordered a protein bowl along with a 3-day juice cleanse. I placed my order on the app and scheduled a time to pick up. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and provided all of my goodies. The gentleman explained the juice cleanse and packed everything so nicely for me. I love how the juice cleanse is all set up in cooler bags for each day, so convenient! I love that touch. And I can reuse the bags as well! I really wish there was a Nekter close by in Hawaii where I live. I'm reaching out about potential franchise opportunities because I'm hooked! I love everything about this company already and will always look for a Nekter whenever I'm visiting a new area. I hope to see a Nekter in every neighborhood soon! Thanks again.

The quality of your bowls and smoothies makes me come back for more. I live 1/2 hour to nekter. We have a juice it up in Hemet … but it is nothing like the consistency and quality that Nekter provides. Keep up your great quality products, and I always line the discounts receive here and there.

I’m not one to make a scene…. So I didn’t say anything. But was kinda grossed out by the fact that the young girl did multiple tasks without changing her gloves. She was in the process of making my bowl and another persons mobile order, she touched multiple things including her mask (that’s where I got grossed out) and then continued to place the berries in my bowl. I guess what you don’t see doesn’t bother you and normally I’m not in store while they are preparing my bowl. But today (10/27) this is what I witnessed. Maybe just have a pep talk with employees about cleanliness and importance of changing gloves regularly especially when touching other things. I’m sure she did this mindlessly but none the less it grossed me out.

When the guy in the morning makes my açaí superfood bowl it’s perfect every time! When the girls make it, it’s bitter like they put far too much greenie inside. It’s my favorite breakfast

All the smoothies I’ve tried have been amazing and the customer service is excellent! I love the Acai peanut butter bowls too! They are amazing.
