I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to leave gratuity in the app. I did have some cash and was able to leave some on this occasion. Please get the credit card machine fixed. I witnessed two customers who left after reading that sign. I pay by credit card so that I can leave gratuity. If the app provides that option I will use the app. No. Credit card please.

took over 25 minutes to make 1 smoothie and 1 bowl. Exactly half an hour there needs to be more staff and more training please make these considerations for improved business. Not coming here again

Hi, It was vary sad to find out my pick up order wasn't accurate sadly I notice it by the time I areived home and I readdy didn't want to go back, I order 3 bowls and 2 of them with the extra chia pudding, which wasn't there and one bowl was fill just haft of the container never had such a bad experience in nektar before! but it was horrible

Juice was good but the place was clean.

The delivery man was fine and very polite. I rated the customer service low because you forgot my Black tea fresher which I paid four dollars for

I ordered 2 protein açaí bowl, strawberries weren’t fresh at all, they were purple and old. I will not be coming back.

My order was a bit messed up: they forgot the banana and gave me a regular instead of a large.
