Sadie, although fruits and veggies differ naturally in size and shape, please do not hesitate to let us know in-store and right away if your drink is not up to par! We'd be happy to fix on the spot and hope your next visit will redeem ourselves!
Everything was perfect. Love Nektar products so having good service with great smoothies made this experience a great one. I love the smoothies the most. The staff always have my smoothies ready before the estimated time. Highly recommended.

I ordered online, so I didn't need to wait for someone to help me. I love the juice, the only thing I would ask for to be improved is to make sure your employees actually help their customers when they see them instead of looking at them in the eye and continuing their conversation while not working. Again, love the juice, dislike how one of the employees looked at me walk in, walk away to talk to his co-worker, look at me again while talking to her, and slowly walk my way while continuing his conversation until he was done. I saw my order, and if I had just grabbed it without saying anything, I would've been told to stop and questioned. So that's the only thing.

Vegans beware. Twice now I’ve asked for pea protein and got whey. I’m missing work today because I can’t leave my bathroom. Don’t even get me started on their customer service.
Left us standing in the cold. It was a particularly cold, windy morning at 48 degrees out and they didn’t open their doors until ~7:03 while we stood in the cold. We even knocked on the doors at 7:00 and they ignored us. No apology or acknowledgement when they did open the doors.
First time trying nekter and I’m blown away first off by the size small drink it’s huge! I love it! And the premium quality fruit they utilize makes me want to return to try the whole menu. Will be back 100%!
