I love Nektar! Pre-ordering on the app is incredibly convenient, and I honestly don’t know if I would visit as often if that wasn’t a feature. My smoothie was made perfect and ready for me by the time I arrived. I didn’t get to interact much with the staff since I was just picking up an order, but they were friendly in the short time that I was there.
One small recommendation I would make is to keep pick-up orders inside of a fridge or freezer instead of on the counter. I also go to Nektar in Mission Valley and they do this for pick-up orders. I understand there’s a tradeoff in convenience where you may need to wait to speak to staff to get your order, but to me it’s worth having a nice, cold smoothie or bowl (especially since the bowls melt quickly).
