there was an issue in the order where i was charged for my full order of 3 drinks but the store only received an order for 2. my guest was then told to repurchase her beverage and then when i was able to verify on my end that it was indeed charged for 3, i was given another drink instead of offered a refund. i ended up with 4 smoothies for 3 people. not the worst thing in the world, but made it tough to carry

My favorite location. Staff are always professional and kind. My order is always right and I never have to wait too long. Quality and presentation of the bowls is picture-worthy!

The manager at this location helped find my receipt and was very helpful and kind. All employees usually are as well but that manager was exceptional.

Everytime I come here it takes a ridiculously long time for them to make my order even when it’s empty, the employees are wildly slow

I visited Nekter on Market Street and ordered a protein power bowl. It was delicious and it really satisfied my hunger. The store is clean and the team is very friendly. Looking forward to come back next week!

Since they changed ownership a couple weeks ago, the smoothies I used to order taste way too sugary now. Their strawberry banana protein smoothie went from feeling healthy to having tons of extra strawberry syrup. I ended up throwing mine away the past two times I tried it. Would be nice if they went back to not adding so much extra sugar!

Horrible store. First smoothie was inedibly sweet and the staff couldn’t comprehend how to make something different. Second one lacked any and all flavor. Slow too. Avoid coming here
