New to Nekter and so far I do enjoy your product. Though, I've noticed inconsistencies in your advertised amounts of juice in your cups. There are indents in the top of the cup that help indicate the amount of oz., which they've been falling short. So it seems the free drink after a certain amount of app purchases is more like the reimbursement of accumulated loss of juice.

I use the app to place my orders, and it has been a great tool to use. The only thing I notice is that there is huge delay between the time I place the order and when Nekter actually receives it. Sometimes it causes a 15-30 minute delay in pick up. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The establishment is clean and all I appreciate all the covid protocols. Overall, my experience is nothing short of excellent.

This place has no customer service. I arrived at 6:02, they didn't care. They were closed. And were not gonna provide service, who cares when I told the gal I just wanted a simple acai bowl, and I had never been there before, nope we're closed. I also mentioned to the gal, I drove over from Norwalk just to get their acai bowl. Nope...still closed. If they were so worried about being closed at 6, they should have locked their door at 6.
Workers are friendly, but I will skip this place because they don't wash the equipment between orders. We just bought an orange juice and it tasted to a mix of everything but not orange juice. Really disappointed.
