I like to order in advance on the app. your app is pretty good. It's not as flexible as I would like. Neither are your rewards. Your staff always seems nice and my orders are usually prepared properly.

I ordered online: a smoothie and 2 açaí bowls. When I went in the store to pick up my order the 2 açaí bowls were handed out to some other customer. The workers had no idea what happened and I had to wait for 2 Açaí Bowls to be made. I will more than likely not order online from the La Habra store in the future.
