I placed my order online 30 minutes in advance and it was not ready at the time I arrived. I was told it would take 10 additional minutes and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes extra. Meanwhile people who entered and ordered at the cashier we’re served sooner than me. We ordered online to avoid the wait, but ended up waiting longer because of that.

My drink was prepared and waiting for me. It was good but a large buzz is very expensive. The drink was heavy in ginger but prepared properly. I just watered it down. The staff was nice. Someone could have some up front a little faster but overall everything was great.

Love this Nekter. They know me by name. It makes me smile every time I walk in and they say hello using my name. I order online then come in to pick it up. Easy, fast and yummy.
