They close at 6:50 when their sign says 7:00pm. I was at the door, it was locked and 4 employees just looked at me and turned their face the other way. Great job! This was my first time. Thanks Nekter.
I had a mobile order, was supposed to have a free birthday shot, and when I got home, what I thought was a shot was actually extra agave. I didn't call or go back since the shot was free anyway, but was disappointed I did not receive it.

I love Nekter's juices and smoothie bowls. However, the customer service at the Tyler location is severely lacking. This last visit, the employee was in the back and took about 5 minutes to realize we were waiting to order. This wasn't a huge deal but he didn't say a word to us when he came out, he just looked at us expectantly waiting for us to order. This has been an issue at this location in the past with the employees not greeting us or talking to us much at all.
